Classy Yellow Office

Three thumbs up after the accomplishment of this project in late February 2013. The finalisation of the office interior design was rather challenging due to the demand, nonetheless we were credited for delivering a job well done. Let's take a look of this trendy office.

 

 

The office preferred yellow and having the colour as majority at the office would rather seems awkward and dull indeed. So, we only use yellow at specific objects in a specific area. To further illustrates when visitors or people walked in, will have the first glance at the "yellow" object at each section of the office. Hence from the glance at the "yellow" objects will immediately captured their attention of knowing what is the section is all about.

 

Then, to have equal balance of prestige and trends, we brought in custom made comfortable "yellow" sofa (i.e. intent to highlight the waiting area) and twin marble table for better looks . Under combination of flooring tiles and carpet is ideal to portrayed classy corporate image. For further classy impression, we have designs at the mirror wall behind the reception, adding to the taste the wooden board is for the company logo.

 

There is a walkway after the reception where you will either came across the multi purpose (MP) room and the pantry. We actually designed the (MP) room with wall paper picturing a classic phone at one side of the wall with nice chandelier to bring back the 80's atmosphere. Whilst at the pantry, we created a great ceiling design under the black and white concept with good lighting to improve the overall good impression.

At the workstation, we emphasise on private spacing. Under our customer caring thoughts had given us better budget to move in "healthy furniture" capable of ensuring sufficient physical and mental comfort. Realistically, under such comfort results good productivity. Through lots of reading and research on the net, we placed "a sofa behind the bright yellow wall" concept to really helps to create harmonious home in the office, as good as 2nd home environment.

The directors room, plenty of efforts given to design the place to satisfy their likings, for comfort and being a favourite room in their life. Nevertheless, the meeting room is actually connected to a managing director room or it can be separated giving an option to the user.

Hot Modern Office

 

We would like to share one of our very successful project capturing the heart of many who entered the office. The office is designed to highlight red (Traditionally Chinese believe the colour brings luck) and other fascinated objects bringing the whole office into a new dimension of interior design.



Reception and waiting area is the very first room for any visitors who walk in. Without hesitation, every inch are carefully plan to maximise innovation and creativity for attraction hence to improvise the company image.

Decorative ceiling being a definite choice to bring major impact and further beautify the office. The ceiling was coffer, only then we begin to design with stucco for stunning effect.

 

Under the combination of ambient and accent lighting, brilliantly lighten the room comfortably and easily excite people attention. Because of the lights, we wanted reflection to project bigger space and to revitalise the room. So we went for quality plastic wall along with nice ceramic tiles before bringing in our very own trendy furniture, amazingly the overall combination goes well.

 

At the workstation, to hold existing 55 staffs exclusive of IT into a big room is a challenge on the spacing. We decided an open office concept to hold more than 55 staffs with adequate private spacing and a small discussion area. Nevertheless, we even added plastic wall partition, glass wall, and designer wall to divide the departments and thus to create attractiveness. Task lighting plays well here to promote healthy working atmosphere.

 

Moving down to the I.T. room, a different approach was taken in this room to make it classy and spacious. The mirror wall fits well for the purpose. Custom made wall cabinets with plastic wall to deliver a bigger blow on prestige.

 

 

Restroom are not exceptional as well, we given plenty of time to redesign and beautifying it. Our objectives here is to promote soft, relax and clean environment. Tiles and plastic wall, good ceramic tiles, cool ceiling design ,other custom made furniture and toiletries are the solution.

 

 

Both the director and MD room were decorated into an ultimate room to hold discussion, to overseas their business operation and private spacing. Plenty of electronic devices were install for better monitoring and control. To move with today's trend, the MD room were fitted with our most classy furniture, artistry wall and ceiling to make the whole environment look grand. Finally the whole office was delivered in early 2013 with flying colors.

Touchy, Greenery, Lovely Home

Having a green movement in the house contributes a healthy and comfortable lifestyle. However if the place is designed heavily in green, might make a person feel sick, hence combining green with either white or light yellow colour is an ideal choice for our customer's medium apartment.

Majority of the place is painted with white whereas green is painted at certain important areas for healthy reasons. Those areas are the Television (TV) section and the window. TV behind a cool green (not advisable for bright green) colour wall is perfect to relieve our eyes while concentrating on the TV screen. Setting up a green curtain is especially refreshing when the sun light touched the curtain before entering the apartment.   

Coffer ceiling with nice lighting will excite the place and also to further improvise the room impression. Since the room isn't spacious, we opted for custom made loose furniture to match the room perfectly, so we could bring in the piano.

 

The piano was placed behind the light yellow wall, simply to increase a person awareness and consciousness while playing good music. In the kitchen, we used bright green colour to highlight storage area while other basic kitchen appliances are being installed creatively.

The best colour of a master bedroom for married couple is mauve. We would want the room to feel relax, romance and energise. Adjustable lighting will spice the room with love or as functional lighting. While constructed wall and ceiling patterns will further harmonise the room with elegance. We have even introduce some of pillows brand, proven to rejuvenate.

 

Then the bath room in the master bedroom was originally ordinary. We had given lots of attention to transform it into a  classy ones at a very reasonable pricing. A glass wall for bathing actually improves the bathing room image so much.

 

For the remaining bedrooms, we refurnished it with beautiful wall paper, designer ceiling lights, classy bed, nice loose furniture which all of these do enhance the room looks. Without mentioning, even the general bathroom was redecorated nicely.

Striking Red Home

Looking at our historical records, we came across one of our completed condominium project in early 2012. When we returned the keys to our valued clients, they  were surprised and delighted on our delivery. What is so fascinated about it, let's scroll below for the whole story.

 

 

Upon entering the home that is originally designed for living room and dining area with an open balcony. Firstly we decided to reduce the dining place to replace it with a small open bar for dining purposes as well. With the additional spacing we could simple squeeze in an open guest room besides the open balcony.

 

 

Simple tiles were replaced with laminated timber flooring to add sense of nature belonging to the room. Then wall paper was installed before we moved in our custom made open bar which it's also a perfect set for dining.

 

To create an interesting environment in the living room, we included many items, for example the coffer ceiling, stylish ceiling lights, accent lighting, luxury black marble wall for nice reflection and glamour, and lastly our comfortable quality furniture.

 

 

The open guest room was designed to have nice view at the living room even though only the general lights are off. The semi open wood wall panelling is an artistry to further improve the room impression. To ease cleanliness maintenance, we gave in an open close bed closet with plenty of drawers for personal storage.

 

 

Opposite the open bar area is a walk way to 5 important places namely the master bedroom, 2 medium bed rooms, general bath room and a kitchen. In the bathroom, we laid down grey ceramic tiles, the best type of bathroom flooring materials for safety and solid looks. To have more spacing, we setup a small elongated round toilet bowl. And for male convenience purpose we even have a flush toilet. And the least are all the basic necessaries under red stylish design for maximum comfort.

 

 

A small kitchen area was somewhat challenging for us. The smaller the kitchen room is the lesser comfort will be while doing your cooking there. So chimney is good to absorb the unwanted smoke and some small cabinets with water basin and gas stove were design specially for the room to allow more walking space. 

 

 

A cherry blossom and a lovely classic rooms were also given lots of effort from us. We promised their daughters for a cool beautiful rooms being carefully decorated to give a strong liking feeling. At the end is really worth while, contributing a sense of accomplishment. 

 

 

 

The master bedroom with their very own bathroom were also a big accomplishment for us. Details of these places were carefully examined before any installation was made. The furniture were being made specially to fit the room image. Mirror wall for good reflection images with wood panelling and another coffer ceiling with controlled lighting are confidently matched, overall creating a lovely place to live in.

Lovely Classical House

My favourite subject, renovating my sweet home. Investing much monies to beautify our lively home or even creating our dream house is everyone desire. Let's see some of our finished product in Malaysia.

 

Living room. We actually wanted to build a special memorable experience to any guest who entered the first place of the house. As usual for prime area, we really focus on the details, designing every inch, putting the right furniture and every little decorated items count to achieve our objective

 

 

Dining room. Objective here is to ensure the people will enjoy their food under a very harmonica atmosphere. Nothing fancy, simplicity with some ceiling or wall patterns to kick off the plainness of the room. Cleanliness please.

 

 

Kitchen. Adequate spacing is important here to avoid accident. Good lighting is a must. So we did the basic, good flooring tiles for better grip, some custom made kitchen appliances, adjustable lighting, and reliable kitchen chimney to have nicer air to breath in.

Bedrooms. We all would like to have special decorated bedroom with our favourite colour and styles. Aren't we going to live here almost forever. We put our best efforts to give our customer their ideal bedrooms.

 

Bathroom. We take precaution on the safety of this room besides the kitchen. Proper planning, materials, bathroom appliances and good lighting. To ease our worries, we also did install a battery lighting just in case, if electricity being cut off. Apart from the above we did play some designs for elegance.
